Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms: (It is very important for you to read the terms and conditions before your signup)
 

By joining the Orca Multi-Aquatics Swimming Pool, members automatically accept and agree to be bound by these conditions of membership. Do not fill the membership registration form if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
 

Cancellation and Refunds:

The membership package you opt for cannot be cancelled nor refunded in any case whatsoever once you’ve signed up.

Transfer of membership:

Membership can only be transferred to other person on payment of transfer fee of Rs.500 per transfer.

Suspension/Termination of membership:

If the member behaves in a way that breaches the code of conduct, disturbs other members or staff, or that the management considers inappropriate, the membership can be suspended or terminated at management’s sole discretion.

If the member does not pay the membership fees in a timely manner, the membership can be suspended or terminated at the management’s sole discretion.

Freezing Membership:

An annual membership can be put on hold for upto 30 days (30 consecutive days), after which the membership is automatically reactivated.

A quarterly membership can be put on hold for 7 days (7 consecutive days), after which the membership will automatically be reactivated.

The pool may make exceptions for members on a case-by-case basis at management’s sole discretion.

Renewals:

Renewal payment should be done one day before the expiry of the validity, failing which access/entry to the swimming pool will be denied.


Dress code:

  1. All individuals in the swimming pool, must wear proper swim attire (Cap and Costume).

  2. Infants and toddlers are required to wear a swim diaper.

  3. Underwear, other undergarments and overly revealing garments are not allowed to be worn under swimsuits.

  4. Swimsuits must not be transparent.

 

Lockers:

  • Temporary lockers are provided for the members who will eliminate their own assets toward the fulfillment of their visit. The pool has the option to cut open any latches and eliminate individual possessions that are left in the lockers toward the end of every day.

  • Unclaimed property over the estimation of INR 1000 will be kept by the pool for a time period of 1 week after which the administration maintains all authority to discard the things in such manner it considers fit. Garments and other comparable things will be discarded following a week of time frame, no claims will be engaged after this period from members or guests. Any things beneath INR 1000 in worth will be promptly discarded.

Lost and Found:

Any items claimed to be forgotten or lost by the member during the course of their visit to the pool shall not be the responsibility of the pool, nor will the member hold the pool responsible or liable for the same. If any items lost are found by the pool, the same shall be retained by the pool for a maximum period of (7) seven days only. If these items are not claimed within these (7) seven days, the pool retains the right to discard these items. The Pool management or staff bears no responsibility or liability for the safekeeping and/or custody any lost items.


Behavior:

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
 

Access:

Members must present a valid membership card or ID upon entering the facility.


Communication:

  • Most communication to members would be through calls/sms/whatsapp/e-mails. Members can communicate through calls/whatsapp messages to our office numbers 9849268853/8179668852 or e- mail.


  • ***Swearing and use of inappropriate or disrespectful language/conversation are not permitted.

  • *** No parent training by parents instead of trainers:

  • While parents have a crucial role in their child’s learning, swimming trainers possess specialized knowledge and skills in swimming lesson plans and curriculum, interrupting them will disturb the training for all the kids in that batch, parents can communicate with the trainers during PTM’s.

  • Communication with trainers during the training sessions is strongly dissuaded.
